Business Overview


Global Health Ventures (GHLV or the “Company”) is a specialty pharmacy with new proprietary platform technologies for drug delivery via the sublingual (under the tongue) route. This unique method delivers drugs to the bloodstream quickly and with minimal drug breakdown in the liver and gastro-intestinal system, a process that can greatly reduce side effects while also requiring a lower dosage than conventional oral drugs to get the same effect.

In additional the Company has developed new delivery of drugs via dermal routes. Dermal delivery for a large number of drugs is considered to be more effective than oral delivery, for products required to affect the skin or skin underlines.

GHLV also licenses or buy out technologies from major pharmaceutical companies that decide not to develop due to internal competition and duplication. Currently, GHLV has built a portfolio of products, using its own capital from a wide range of private and institutional investors, brokers, and dealers.

The technologies are brought to mid-stage Phase III clinical trials, and then sold or licensed out to major pharmaceutical, biotechnology or speciality pharmacy throughout the world for upfront fees, milestones, and royalties.
